  Have been using them for many years for delivering antiques. Have found them very reliable and they have never damaged a piece that I have requested them to move for me.

  I would rate them minus 100 but I had to put 1 star to write this review. One of the most horrific experiences of my life, initially the staff appeared friendly until I paid in advance then everything changed. I used their removal service and storage facility. I can't express just what a horrible, horrible experience I had, I have expensive designer furniture which after just a few months storage almost everything was smashed, solid wooden leg chairs were snapped in half, glass dinning table 3cm in thickness was deeply scratched everywhere. My antique pieces were severely scratched, legs snapped off, leather inserts were torn. They left all my furniture out in the street unsupervised and brought in one broken piece after another and threw the broken pieces on the floor, they had uncountable breaks, smoking break, drink break, smoke break, telephone call break, lunch, smoke, drink, smoke, etc please don't get me wrong I don't oppose a break but this was beyond ridiculous all in my time which I had to pay. The removalist guys were unapologetic for all the damage and 'extremely aggressive' and rude then told me if I had any complaints to lodge it with MY insurance company, yes, they do not hold themselves accountable for any damage they have done to your belongings, BEWARE need I repeat myself? Needless to say I had to take them to court, I received prank phone calls, threats and they lied in court. My honest advice stay well away from these thugs!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!

  I had two pieces of antique furniture transported recently. Both arrived safe and sound and very quickly. All pedemonts staff were friendly and easy to talk to and the whole process from start to finish well organised and efficient. A great team -everyone seemed to enjoy their job and do it well! Excellent communication and reasonable rates. Thank you pedemonts for an a+ service!

  I just wanted to thank you for your brilliant service, having taken delivery this morning of the 7 boxes you picked up last week from Box Hill. The communication throughout the process has been exemplary, and I was very impressed by the standard of the delivery vehicle and the friendly, professional and customer focussed attitude of the delivery boys this morning.
